Thank you for bidding. All items won in this auction must be picked up and paid for Thursday April 18th 4between 10am and 5pm at 1265 Merchants Dr. Dallas, GA 30132. We accept cash and credit. The buyers premium for cash is 7.5% and credit is 12.5%. You are 100% responsible for loading, packing, and disassembling the items you win. Failure to pay for and pick up your items will result in being blocked from bidding in future auctions. SALES TAX IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE TOTAL PRICE SHOWN, therefore , 7.00% Sales Tax will be added to your total when you pick up and pay.

All items are sold AS IS WHERE IS with no guarantee unless otherwise stated in the item description. Auctioneer and consigners reserve the right to bid on items in the auction.

It is the buyers responsiblilty to ask questions, do research, or whatever else is necessary to validate the information in an items listing. Auctioneer will not be responsible for bidding mistakes. We cannot delete bids so please make 100% sure your bid is correct and on the correct item before submitting.  7% sales tax will not be included in the total emailed to you at the end of the auction. We will add the 7% sales tax when you arrive to pay for and pick up your items. All items must be picked and paid for on the day immediately after the auction closes between 10am and 5pm. Failure to pickup and pay for items may result in being blocked from future auctions. All items not paid for and picked up will be relisted, sold, or disposed of.  Bidder is responsible for loading, taking apart, and retreiving items won in the auction. Once bidder pays for items they become the bidders responsibility and all items must be removed by 5pm on day of payment.

We do not ship or deliver any items won in the auction.

This auction operates with a soft close which means that any item receiving bids within the final 30 seconds will have its time reset to 45 seconds. The bidding on an item will close when the clock counts down to zero with no more bids received. We are not responsible for any technical issues with our system, your device, or your internet connection that may effect bidding. An email will be sent when the auction is complete notifying you of all items won and your total. An email will also be sent of items you did not win and the price they sold for. , This email is generated by our auction software and will be used as the official statement of the winner of items in the auction.
